  The Ligier X-Too is a light quadricycle (4kw) accessible without a driving licence for drivers born before January 1st 1988, or from age 16 ans for drivers born after January 1st 1988 who hold the BSR basic level licence with the light quadricycle option.

X-Too Max
 

The Ligier X-Too Max is a light quadricycle (4kw) usable without a driving licence for drivers born prior to  1st January 1988, or from age 16 for drivers born after the 1st January 1988 and holders of the BSR licence or equivalent, light quadricycle category.
The 4 seater X-Too Max heavy quadricycle version is drivable from age 16 with a B1 or equivalent licence.
